Admissions are accepted during the months of March - April annually. The academic year commences in September. The minimum age for admission is  admission to Kindergarten 1 is two and   half -three years on or before 15th September.


  1. Registration:
      • Parents meet the Admission Tutor and fill in the registration form


    1. Assessment
      Admission to the school is based on a carefully structured assessment test and interview with the parents. It is important that both parents are present for the interview unless there are extenuating circumstances, of which the principal must be informed.

      • Kindergarten to Grade 1
        An informal assessment is taken followed by an interview with both parents.
      • Grade 2 to Grade 6
        Applicants are tested in English and Mathematics.
      • Grade 7 to Grade 9
        Applicants sit for a written test in English, Mathematics and General Science.
      • Grade 10 and Above
        Applicants sit for a written test in English, Mathematics and in their preferred subject group.

    2. Announcement of Results
    3. The results of the interviews or assessment test are displayed on the notice board outside the admissions’ office. Parents may call the school to confirm the admission.

    4. Confirmation of Admission
      Admission remains provisional until the following documents have been provided to the school office:

      1. Copy of paid admission fee bill
      2. 4 passport size photographs (recent)
      3. 1 copy of passport of parents, with a valid iqama.
      4. 1 copy of the birth certificate
      5. Original transfer certificate / school leaving certificate from the previous school
      6. 1 copy of the last school report and examination results / school recommendation letter
      7. Medical report (if any), immunization card.

      For students coming from other countries, the transfer certificate should be attested by:

      1. Ministry of Education of that country
      2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs
      3. Saudi Consulate
